The dual sensor passive underground inclinometer system can measure 0° and 180° simultaneously, cutting time and labor in half and dramatically saving operating costs. This is a measuring device for manually measuring underground displacement and behavior during civil engineering, safety, and maintenance measurements by inserting an inclinometer probe inside the casing installed in the borehole of the measuring station.

System Summary

The underground inclinometer system SI-300 consists of an inclinometer probe, cable, cable drum, end-cap, data reader and other accessories, and the measured data from the probe is wirelessly transmitted to the data reader through the cable drum.

By combining the inclinometer probe and cable, and connecting the data reader and cable drum to the device (Bluetooth pairing), you are ready to measure. Then, issue a measurement command through the data reader or measure using hands-free mode. Completed measurement data can be sent by email via wireless Internet or saved to internal/external memory.

The transmitted data file can be easily opened in a spreadsheet such as Excel, and since the measured data is immediately converted and recorded as the length displacement for the slope, there is no need for secondary calculations through separate correction or conversion coefficients.

Features

Built-in ultra-high precision MEMS inclinometer allows precise measurement in units of 0.001˚ (0.0087mm based on length displacement) within a range of up to ±30 degrees on two axes.

The patented cable with a new structure (high-strength single-core stainless steel wire cable) is made of high-strength and high-elasticity material, completely preventing breakage from frequent bending and tension of the cable, and dramatically reducing the number of cores, making it very thin and light.

The completely newly designed inclinometer probe connection is easily connected to the cable and has dramatically improved pin-terminal damage due to corrosion.

The touch screen interface through an Android OS-based mobile device enables easy measurement and confirmation and transmission of measurement data.

The underground inclinometer system SI-300 is easy to handle due to its light weight and simple design, and is marked with a laser engraved label to easily determine the current depth.

The inclinometer probe and end-cap are designed to meet the casing specifications mainly used domestically and internationally, allowing measurement regardless of field conditions.
