The DAS wireless remote transceiver IRON series is a wireless transceiver for safe use of wireless control of construction equipment (aerial lifts, cranes, pump cars, tower cranes, wireless excavators, agricultural machinery, etc.). It uses the basic frequency of 447 MHz and has a built-in channel change function to prevent cross-talk. Using 2.4 GHz band Bluetooth communication at the same time, the status of construction equipment is wirelessly received and displayed on the graphic LCD mounted on the transmitter to improve equipment It helps to operate safely. In addition, the wireless transmitter can be used continuously for more than 40 hours with a single charge through a low power consumption design.

Layout (General)

Notes

For single-user equipment, it may be difficult to apply wireless remote control.

CAN network between the receiver and the equipment is required as IRON series operates equipments by CAN from the receiver.

If CAN is not applied to the equipment, development to add a CAN controller may be required.

If CAN is applied to the equipment but CAN cannot be operated directly, technical support from DAS is required and engineering fees may be charged.

Receiver harness must be wired along the structure of the equipment to avoid any damages.

Do not weld to equipment while the receiver harness is wired.

Refer to the wiring method and use it after proper wiring and wiring.
